摘要:
针对基于开关表控制的表面式永磁同步电机( PMSM) 直接转矩控制系统转矩脉动大的缺 陷,建立电压矢量相角为控制变量的预测控制。该方法通过计算下一时刻的定子磁链幅值和转矩 得到关于磁链和转矩误差的成本函数,并选择令成本函数最小的电压矢量作为施加电压矢量,但其 对定子磁链幅值和转矩的预测计算较为复杂,运算负担大,运算耗时长。提出一种简化的定子磁链 幅值和转矩预测计算方法,计算简化方法与传统计算方法的相对误差率,证明了简化方法的可行 性。仿真结果表明: 传统预测控制和简化预测控制均可实现表面式永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系 统对磁链和转矩的控制,控制效果良好,两者控制效果相当。基于 MK60DN512ZVLQ10 单片机平 台对传统及简化计算公式进行计算耗时和计算精度实验,实验结果表明简化计算公式可明显减少 计算用时,且计算精度保持不变。?
Abstract:
In order to suppress high torque ripple in the surface permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) direct torque control based on switching table,predictive control with the angle of applied voltage vector as control variable is proposed. The amplitude of stator flux and torque at next sampling period were calculated. Furthermore,cost function about stator flux and torque’s errors were obtained. The angle corresponding to the minimum cost function was selected as the angle of applied voltage vector. But the calculation of stator flux and torque were complicated and time-consuming. Therefore,simplified expressions to calculate stator flux and torque were given. Errors between simplified expressions and conventional expressions show simplified expressions can be used instead of conventional expressions. Simulation results of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control using conventional and simplified predictive control show two control schemes can control stator flux and torque with good performance. Time consuming and calculation results of conventional and simplified predictive control epressions of stator flux and torque were carried out using MK60DN512ZVLQ10 chip. Experimental results show that,compared with conventional predictive control,simplified predictive control can decrease time consuming with the same calculation results.?
