摘要:
为了实现对永磁球形电机运动的精准控制,需要准确快速地获取球形电机的转子位置信息,提出一种基于微机电系统( MEMS) 姿态传感器的球形电机转子位置检测方法,该方法通过融合MEMS 内部的陀螺仪和三轴加速度计输出的数据,根据一阶Runge-Kutta 法则结合角速度数据不断更新四元数,可计算出球形电机的转子位置信息。同时提出了轴向角安装误差的补偿方法,以减小周期性的转子位置测量误差。最后搭建了基于MEMS 的永磁球形电机转子位置检测实验平台,并就永磁球形电机的中点自旋运动、偏转运动和俯仰运动进行了实验研究,实验结果验证了所提出的球形电机转子位置检测方法的有效性。
Abstract:
 In order to control the motion of permanent magnet spherical motor accurately,it is necessary to acquire the rotor position information of spherical motor accurately and quickly. A detection system based on low cost micro-electro-mechanical-system( MEMS) gyroscope is designed to measure the rotor position of the spherical motor. Based on the data fusion method of the 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer inside the MEMS,and updating quaternion based on Runge-Kutta rule and angular velocity data,the rotor position information of spherical motor can be calculated. Before the algorithm transform,the inclination angle between motor rotor coordination system and MEMS sensor coordinate system was reduced by compensation. An experimental platform based on MEMS for spherical motor rotor position measurement was built. Experiments on spinning motion at center point,edge spinning motion and tilting motion of the permanent magnet spherical motor were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the measurement method.
