摘要:
 针对开关磁阻电机( SRM) 的直接转矩控制( DTC) 中滞环容差导致的转矩脉动大、开关频率不恒定的问题,提出了磁链无差拍控制( DB-FC) 。通过分析SRM 的基本原理,对DB-FC 算法的电压控制率进行理论推导,解析获得一个控制周期内能补偿转矩和磁链所需要的电压矢量,使磁链能被定量调节。通过空间电压矢量调制技术合成所需新电压矢量作用于SRM,进而实现在一个采样周期内无差跟踪给定磁链,避免了DTC 策略的容差超调现象。以三相12 /8 极SRM 为控制对象,将DB-FC 与DTC 算法进行仿真分析和实验对比。结果表明,DB-FC 实现了转矩脉动的最小化,调速性能与动态响应能力良好,且计算量小、易于实现。
Abstract:
To overcome the disadvantages of the large torque ripple and the non-constant switching frequency caused by hysteresis error control in direct torque control( DTC) for switched reluctance motor ( SRM) ,a scheme of deadbeat-flux control( DB-FC) is put forward. By analyzing the basic principle of SRM,the voltage commands of DB-FC were deduced theoretically,and the voltage vector used to compensate the torque and flux in one control period was obtained,which can achieve the quantitative adjustment
of flux linkage. Then,the voltage vector obtained was synthesized by space vector pulse width modulation and applied to SRM to achieve the tracking of flux-linkage in a sampling cycle,which avoids the overcompensation of DTC. Moreover,the system used a three-phase 12 /8 pole SRM as the control object and compared the simulation and experimental results of DB-FC and DTC. Simulation and experimental resluts show that the DB-FC algorithm can minimise the torque ripple of SRM. DB-FC also has an excellent speed regulation performance and a good dynamic response capability. Furthermore,its calculation amount is small and easy to be implemented.
