摘要:
针对有源电力滤波器( active power filter,APF) 的IGBT 开路故障诊断问题,提出一种基于归一化电流残差的故障诊断方法。分析指令电流与输出电流在正常运行状态下与IGBT 开路故障状态下的不同特征,提取指令电流和输出电流的归一化残差值作为故障诊断的依据,利用归一化残差的幅值和极性来判断故障的发生以及故障IGBT 的位置。同时,给出了一套故障诊断算法的综合评价方法,并从6 个维度对算法进行评估。分别建立了APF 在IGBT 开路故障下的离线与实时仿真模型,实验结果表明所提基于电流残差的故障诊断方案具有诊断时间短、可靠性高、鲁棒性强、准确度高等优点。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of IGBT open-circuit fault diagnosis of active power filter ( APF) ,a fault diagnosis method based on normalized current residual is proposed. The different characteristics of the command current and the output current were analyzed under the normal operating condition and the IGBT open-circuit fault condition. The normalized residual of the command current and the output current was extracted as the basis for fault diagnosis. The amplitude and polarity of the normalized residual value
were used to determine the occurrence of the fault and the location of the faulty IGBT. In addition,a comprehensive evaluation method of fault diagnosis algorithm was given,and the algorithm was evaluated from six dimensions. Meanwhile,the offline and real-time simulation models of APF under IGBT opencircuit fault were established. The results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method based on current residual has the advantages of short diagnosis time,high reliability,strong robustness and high accuracy.
