摘要:
 针对大型汽轮发电机励磁绕组匝间短路故障发生后,未及时发现引起故障扩大,汽轮发电机的计划外停机将造成较大经济损失的问题,分析了汽轮发电机励磁绕组匝间短路故障的磁场特征,结合两对极汽轮发电机定子铁心的结构特点,提出在相距1 个极距的2 个定子铁心齿顶部各安装一个检测线圈,提取线圈感应电压的频域和时域特征,通过故障在检测线圈内产生的感应电压分数次谐波来诊断励磁绕组匝间短路故障。通过一台1 150 MW 核电半速汽轮发电机完成了仿真验证,证明了定子双检测线圈法能够实现故障的在线诊断且不受发电机运行状态的影响,并且能够实现故障的准确定位。
Abstract:
 Failure to find excitation winding inter-turn short circuit fault in large turbo-generator in time will probably cause the fault enlargement. The outage of turbo-generator will cause great economic losses.This paper analyses the magnetic field characteristics of the excitation winding inter-turn short circuit fault of the turbo-generator. Combined with the structure characteristics of the stator core, two detection coils were installed at the top of two stator core teeth with one pole apart from each other. The frequency domain and time domain characteristics of the induction voltage of the detection coils were extracted. The excitation winding inter-turn short circuit was diagnosed by the fractional harmonics of the induced voltage generated in detection coils. With a 1 150 MW half speed turbo-generator,the simulation verification was completed. It proves that the double coils method can realize the online fault diagnosis without the influence of the operation state of the generator,and locate the fault accurately.
