摘要:
 针对应力引起电工钢电磁特性和电机性能参数变化的问题,依据铁磁学理论,研究电工钢应力—磁性能的变化规律与产生机理。建立电工钢法平面应力—磁性能测试平台,并通过实验测试研究,提出计及应力影响因素的铁耗计算模型。研究永磁电机转子离心与定子过盈装配应力的解析方程,并给出考虑定转子铁心应力—磁性能的永磁电机仿真计算方法。以一台车用内置式永磁同步电机( IPMSM) 为算例,仿真比较电机在考虑和不考虑定转子铁心应力影响时的转矩、损耗、d - q 轴电感等性能变化。通过样机试验与结果对比,验证该方法的有效性与准确性。
Abstract:
  To deal with the variability of electromagnetic characteristics of electrical steel and motor performance parameter caused by the core stress,the change rule and generation mechanism of electrical steel stress and magnetic performance were analyzed according to the ferromagnetic theory. Based on the establishment of plane stress and magnetic property test platform of electrical steel and relevant experimental tests,a calculation model of iron loss considering the influence of stress was constructed. The analytic equations of the assembly stress of the rotor and stator interference assembly of the permanent magnet motor were obtained. The simulation method of the permanent magnet motor considering the stress and magnetic property of the stator and rotor core were constructed. Taking an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) as an example,the torque,loss,d - q axis inductance and other performances of the motor considering or not considering the stress of the stator and rotor core were simulated and compared.The validity and accuracy of this method are verified by comparing prototype test and simulation result.
