摘要:
针对有限元法求解漏磁系数不易把握、模型的建立和处理耗时等问题,应用区域划分法对磁力耦合器的漏磁导进行计算,进而克服了磁力耦合器漏磁系数难以估计所带来计算结果偏差大的问题。在分析了轴向磁通调速型永磁磁力耦合器结构的基础上,对磁力耦合器的主磁路径及漏
磁路径进行划分; 采用磁路法全面考虑了磁力耦合器内部三种不同漏磁路径; 对磁力耦合器样机漏磁系数及电磁性能进行了计算; 采用有限元方法进行了仿真分析,并设计制造了一台样机,最后搭建试验台进行了试验。仿真结果和试验结果都验证了解析计算方法的正确性和可行性,为后期该类产品的设计提供了参考。
Abstract:
 There exist the problems of finite element method being difficult to estimate the magnetic flux leakage coefficient,and establish the model,and a large amount of time of processing. By region division method,the leakage flux of magnetic coupler was calculated. It solved the problem of magnetic coupler leakage coefficient being difficult to estimate,and avoided the problem of the large deviation of performance calculation result. Based on the analysis of the structure of the axial flux speed regulating type permanent magnetic coupler,the main magnetic path and leakage flux path of magnetic coupler were divided.By the magnetic circuit method,three different magnetic flux leakage paths in the magnetic coupler were comprehensively considered. The magnetic flux leakage coefficient and electromagnetic performance of the magnetic coupler were calculated,and the simulation analysis was carried out with the finite element method. On this basis,a prototype machine was designed. Finally,a test-bed of model machine was built to carry out the experiment. The simulation results and the experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the analytical calculation method,which provides a reference for designing this kind of products.
