摘要:
 针对车用爪极发电机的定子共振所引起的振动噪声问题,研究定子模态振型和固有频率计算方法。以一台车用爪极发电机定子为例,利用解析法求解了定子铁心的固有频率,同时考虑了绕组对定子固有频率的影响。基于定子物理模型建立了定子铁心和绕组的三维有限元计算模型,对铁心和绕组材料参数根据物理模型进行等效处理,完成了定子铁心以及定子系统的有限元模态分析,全面地研究了定子的各阶模态振型和固有频率,有限元结果和解析法结果最大误差为5. 9%。对该型定子进行了锤击法模态试验,试验结果、仿真和解析计算结果误差均在8. 8% 以内,满足工程设计需要。完成发电机振动台架试验,基于试验结果对定子固有频率进行了判定,表明本计算结果的准确性。
Abstract:
Due to the issue of vibration and noise caused by the resonance of the stator of the vehicle clawpole alternator,a calculation method of stator natural frequency was presented. Taking a vehicle clawpole alternator as prototype,natural frequency of stator core was obtained by use of analytical method,and effects of stator winding on natural frequency was investigated. A three-dimensional finite element method( FEM) calculation model of stator core and winding of the prototype based on real structural model was established,and equivalent material parameters of stator core and winding based on real structural model were obtained,and a finite element modal analysis was given to stator core and stator system under finite element software environment,the maximum relative error being 5. 9%. Hammering modal test was carried out on the stator. The results of test,simulation and calculation are all within 8. 8%,which meet the needs of engineering design. The natural frequencies of stator were recognized through vibration test results,and it proves that the calculation methods of stator are accurate.
