摘要:
通过现场实测研究了电容器出厂局放检测中干扰信号的时域、频域及统计特征; 针对出厂局放检测的特点和要求,开发一种基于差动平衡接线方式和特高频噪声传感器同步降噪技术及高速百兆实时采集技术的新型高频电流局部放电测量系统; 采用对比法在现场试验了系统的干扰抑
制能力; 最后在现场与常规法和超声检测方法进行了对比测试。实测结果表明: 研制的测试系统,现场测试条件下抗干扰能力强; 在电容器出厂局放检测中能够更好地反映试品局部放电真实水平;相比于常规法和超声法,其能够检测出10pC 以下的放电量,灵敏度更高。
Abstract:
 The characteristics of time domain,frequency domain,statistics of interferences in PD detection of capacitors were studied. A measuring method of high frequency current for PD detection based on differential balance connection mode and synchronization noise reduction technology of UHF noise sensor and real time acquisition technology of high speed fast were applied according to the characteristics and requirements of factory PD detection of capacitors; the comparative test was carried out between ultrasonic detection method and pulse current method and high frequency current method in the field. The results show that the detection method proposed has a strong capability of anti-interference and can better reflect the real level of PD detection of capacitors . Compared with ultrasound test and pulse current method,it can detect 10pC of PD,so the detection sensitivity is higher.
