摘要:
针对无刷直流电机( BLDCM) 转子位置检测问题,提出一种基于PWM_ON_PWM 调制方式的无位置传感器控制方法。该方法直接从三相端电压经过运放电路处理的合成电压中提取反电动势( BEMF) 信号,避免了传统方法低通滤波电路带来的相移问题。结合已有的从线电压差值中提取反电动势信号检测转子位置方法的特点,通过不同转速区间两种方法的切换,实现了从低速区到中高速区宽转速范围的电机转子位置稳定检测,同时避免了线电压差值检测法在高速区因检测信号幅值过大带来的问题。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法可以在较宽速度范围实现位置检测,没有传统低通滤波电路带来的相移问题,而且具备了PWM_ON_PWM 调制方式消除非导通相续流、开关损耗小等优点。
Abstract:
 Aiming at rotor position detection of brushless DC motor ( BLDCM) ,a sensorless control method based on PWM_ON_PWM modulation was proposed. Back electromotive force ( BEMF) was obtained directly from the synthesized voltages produced by operational circuits,and the phase delay problem caused by low pass filters was avoided in this way. By combining an existing BEMF detection method based on line terminal voltage differences,steady measurement of rotor position was realized by switching between the two BEMF detection methods in different rotor speed regions. Simulation and experiments prove that rotor position can be detected effectively in wide speed range without phase delay problem. It is proved to have advantages including the elimination of diode freewheeling current of floating phases and low switching loss.
