摘要:
 针对全浸式蒸发冷却汽轮发电机槽内气液固三相绝缘系统理论研究不够完善,缺乏绝缘系统各项参数的设计准则等问题,归纳并整理出气液固三相绝缘系统中固体绝缘材料的筛选原则,通过理论研究和仿真计算分析了气液固三相绝缘系统中槽内定子线棒角部区域圆角半径、各绝缘层的厚度对定子槽内场强的影响,提出了气液固三相绝缘系统各尺寸参数的普适性计算公式。研究结果表明,合理设计的气液固三相绝缘系统能够充分发挥蒸发冷却介质冷却效果好、绝缘性能优的特点,满足全浸式蒸发冷却汽轮发电机工程实用的需要,为今后气液固三相绝缘系统的发展提供了设计依据。
Abstract:
 Previous study on gas-liquid-solid insulation system in the stator slot of evaporative cooling turbogenerator is mainly based on the results of simulation and experiment. In addition,theory about gasliquid-solid insulation system needs to be improved. Previous study only designed gas-liquid-solid insulation system for specific voltage level,design guidelines which are suitable for respective voltage levels also need to be proposed. Firstly,selection principles of solid insulation materials in gas-liquid-solid insulation system were presented. Besides,theoretical research and numerical simulation on gas-liquid-solid insulation system were made in order to anlayze the effect of edge radius and thickness of each insulation layer on electric field intensity. Moreover,general formulae and reasonable values of various parameters in the new insulation system were put forward. In general,the designed gas-liquid-solid insulation system can take full advantage of good cooling and insulation property of evaporative cooling medium,and meet the requirements of practical engineering. The results give the theoretical basis for the future development of gas-liquid-solid insulation system.
