摘要:
针对永磁感应电机( PMIM) 温升影响永磁转子永磁体性能的问题,分别建立双转子双鼠笼永磁感应电机的电磁场模型和三维温度场模型,采用磁—热耦合的方法进行温度场的研究。为保证研究的正确性与有效性,将电机额定负载下稳定运行时的温度场分析与Y160M - 4 同步进行,并作对比分析。详细分析了额定状态下电机温度的变化趋势; 同时分析了不同负载转矩下电机各部件的温度分布、环境温度和永磁体退磁对电机温度场的影响。通过研究双转子双鼠笼永磁感应电机在不同情况下的热效应,为由于过热引起的定子绕组绝缘故障和永磁体退磁故障的预防提供了参考。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the problem that temperature rise of permanent magnet induction motor( PMIM) has a great influence on the permanent magnet performance of permanent magnet rotor,the electromagnetic field model and the 3D temperature field model of PMIM with double squirrel cage were established respectively.The magnetic-thermal coupling analysis was adapted to study the temperature field. In order to ensure the correctness and validity of the study,the temperature field of PMIM and Y160M - 4 under
stable load was analyzed and compared. The change of PMIM temperature under rated condition was analyzed in detail. The influence of temperature distribution of each part of the motor under different load torque,ambient temperature and demagnetization of the permanent magnets on the temperature field were analyzed. By studying the thermal effect of the PMIM under different conditions,it provides references to prevent damages that occur by failure of the stator winding insulation and by the demagnetization of the
magnets.
