摘要:
针对印制电路板( PCB) 定子绕组的特点,以PCB 定子无铁心盘式电机的输出功率最大化作为目标,设计一种应用于PCB 定子无铁心盘式电机的分布式绕组,并将这种绕组与传统的螺旋形绕组进行对比分析。首先建立PCB 定子盘式电机的三维解析模型,给出所设计的分布式PCB 绕组的结构及特点,推导出电机的反电动势及绕组损耗等解析式。然后采用有限元法对应用两种绕组的PCB 定子无铁心盘式电机进行仿真分析,对比采用两种绕组对PCB 定子无铁心盘式电机多方面的性能影响。结果表明分布式绕组的应用使PCB 定子电机获得更高的输出功率,同时减小了电机的绕组损耗,也为PCB 定子无铁心盘式电机的设计提供一定的参考依据和实际工程价值。
Abstract:
A distributed printed circuit board( PCB) winding for a disc type motor was designed to maximize the output power of the machine,aiming at the characteristics of PCB stator coil. The differences between the new type of winding and the traditional one were analyzed. A three-dimensional analytical model of the PCB stator disc type motor was established,and the structure and characteristics of the distributed PCB winding were described in detail. The analytical expressions for the electromotive force and
winding loss of the motor were derived. The simulation analysis of the disc type motor characteristic by these two kinds of windings was studied by finite element methods. Comparing the performances of the disc type motors under two circumstances,it is concluded that this novel disc type motor with distributed PCB winding has higher output power,and the winding loss is reduced effectively. A reference basis and practical value for the design of PCB axial flux permanent magnet motor is proposed.
