摘要:
 提出一种基于新型指数函数磁链模型的单特征点开关磁阻电机无位置传感器技术。为了使磁链模型能更好地反映开关磁阻电机的饱和性,通过在传统的指数函数磁链模型上进行了改进,
增加一个反正切函数修正项,并通过实验样机的实测磁链值,对几种磁链模型进行了拟合对比分析,验证该磁链模型在磁链饱和区具有较高的拟合精度。基于新型指数函数磁链模型,提出一种单特征点位置估计方法,该方法通过实时动态磁链与单特征点位置磁链比较得到该特征点位置的检索脉冲信号,再利用此检索脉冲信号估算出转子速度和位置角。该方法不需要增加额外的硬件,也不需要磁链查表,最后通过实验,验证了所提方法的可行性和正确性。
Abstract:
A single feature position estimation method of switched reluctance motor based on an exponen-tial function flux model is presented. In order to make the flux model reflect the saturation of switched re-luctance motor,the correction term of arctan function was added to the traditional exponential function fluxmodel,utilizing measured flux Linkage values of experimental prototype,the several flux linkage modelswere implemented fitting and comparative analysis. It verifies that the exponential function flux model hashigh fitting precision in flux saturation area. According to the exponential function flux model,the positionestimation method was proposed based on the single feature point,and the index pulses of the single fea-ture point position were obtained by comparing the dynamic flux with the feature point position flux. Thespeed and position angle of the rotor can be estimated based on the single feature point position index pul-ses. The proposed method is simple,and does not require additional hardware and lookup flux table. Thusthe sensorless technology is easy to be implemented. The experimental results verify the validity and cor-rectness of the scheme.
