摘要:
 针对无位置传感器两相导通型永磁无刷直流电机( BLDCM) 低速情况下观测瞬时转矩问题,提出一种无位置传感器 BLDCM 两相导通模式下注入高频电流连续观测瞬时转矩新方法。基于两相导通模式下电机的高频信号模型,构建转子位置角观测器,得到转子位置角观测值; 根据瞬时转矩与转子位置角、反电动势系数及定子电流之间的函数关系,连续观测出瞬时转矩。为了消除交轴电感变化对瞬时转矩观测的影响,基于高频信号模型进一步观测出交轴电感,并对瞬时转矩观测模型中电感值进行实时更新。实验结果表明,采用所提瞬时转矩观测器允许驱动系统无位置传感器方式运行于低转速,甚至零转速。
Abstract:
 In view of the problem of instantaneous torque observation in permanent brushless DC motor( BLDCM) with two-phase conduction without position sensors,
an instantaneous torque estimation methodis proposed for the BLDCM with two-phase conduction mode based on high-frequency current injection.Based on the high-frequency signal model with two-phase conduction mode,the estimator of rotor positionangle was constructed to obtain the rotor position angle observation value. The instantaneous torque wasobserved according to the relationship of torque,rotor position angle,back EMF coefficient and statorcurrent. In order to avoid the effect of the q-axis inductance change on the estimation accuracy,the esti-mator of q-axis inductance was also built according to the high-frequency signal model,which was upda-ted in the instantaneous torque estimation. It is shown from the experimental results that the proposed in-stantaneous torque closed-loop drive system can operate at low speed,even at zero speed with the ratedload.
