摘要:
 为了研究简单、准确的永磁同步电动机数字 PI 控制器参数整定方法; 改进了常用的在连续域内整定 PI 参数的过程,采用了在 w’域内进行参数设计的离散化方法,将采样时间和零阶保持器( ZOH) 引起的相角滞后直接体现在设计过程中,具体研究内容为: 首先建立系统各环节的数学模型,并得到闭环系统的离散模型框图; 接着利用工程经验将时域性能指标转换成开环频域特征量,
并在 w’域内解析计算得到了 PI 控制器参数。整定过程采用先电流内环后转速外环的方式,仿真和实验发现利用该设计方法得到的结果满足设计要求,超调量小于 5% ,调节时间约 1. 92 s,研究表明该方法可以为永磁同步电动机数字 PI 控制器参数整定提供指导。
Abstract:
 In order to obtain a simple and accurate design method of digital PI controller parameter forpermanent magnet synchronous motor,the method of tuning PI parameters in continuous domain is im-proved. A discrete design method of tuning parameter in the w’domain was employed. The phase lagcaused by the sampling time and the zero-order holder ( ZOH ) were directly reflected in the designprocess. The mathematical model of every link of the system was determined and the discrete model blockdiagram of the closed loop system was got in the first place. And then,the time domain performance in-dex was transformed into the open-loop frequency domain feature value by engineering experience,whichwas followed by the analysis in the w’domain. In this paper,the tuning process contained current loop a-nalysis prior to speed loop. The simulation and experiment show that the results obtained by the proposedmethod meet the performance requirements,with an overshoot of less than 5% and settling time of about1. 92 s,which proves that this method can provide the guidance for parameter tuning of digital PI control-ler.
