摘要:
 以一台YKK450 - 4、500k W 的中型高压异步电动机为例,依据电机实际尺寸,建立内风扇物理模型,并分析了内风扇流体流动情况。对中高压型异步电机三维定转子径向通风沟和与之相邻的铁心段进行建模,通过有限体积法对模型进行求解。得到计算区域的流体流动情况、定转子通风沟内流体温升分布云图等。在不改变通风槽钢长度的情况下,将通风槽钢以近轴端底端为旋转中心旋转一定角度,重新建模计算电机温升。再将通风槽钢的形状改成自然的 V 型,重新建模分析计算,探究不同形状的通风槽钢会对通风沟内流体流动及传热产生怎样的影响。然后在两个通风槽钢中间位置加了一个五棱锥体,探究其流体流动情况。最后进行优化配合,找到改善电机散热的最好方案。
Abstract:
 A YKK450-4,500k W medium high voltage asynchronous motor is taken as an example to con-struct a physical model of inner fan according to the actual scale and the flow condition is analyzed. Thenthe model of the radial ducts of the motor’s stator and rotor and their adjacent iron cores were construc-ted. The finite volume method was applied to solve the problem model,and the fluid flow condition,thetemperature rise distribution of the stator’s ducts in the calculated region were then obtained. Under thecondition that the length of the ventilation channel steel remains unchanged,it rotated with the bottomend near the shaft end being the rotation center,to reconstruct the model to calculate temperature rise.Then the shape of the ventilation channel steel was changed to a natural V-shaped and the model was re-constructed,and it studied the influence of different shapes of the ventilation channel steel on the fluidflow and heat transfer. Furthermore,a pentagonal pyramid was added in the middle of two ventilationchannel steels to study the fluid flow condition. Finally,optimization combination was conducted to findthe best scheme for the thermal dissipating performance.
