摘要:
在放电主开关放置于储能电容支路的脉冲功率电源放电过程中,储能电容存在反向充电现象,反向电压无法释放,影响储能电容的使用寿命,并降低了脉冲功率电源的使用效率。在详细推导电容储能型脉冲功率电源放电过程的基础上,分析影响储能电容反向充电电压的因素,讨论降低储能电容反向充电电压的途径,将放电主开关放置于负载支路的电路结构,实现了储能电容反向充电电压的释放。仿真和实验结果表明: 调整放电开关位置后的脉冲功率电源负载电流特性与调整前基本一致,完全满足电磁发射的需求; 同时,反向电压的及时释放提高了储能电容的使用寿命,增加了电磁发射系统的效率。
Abstract:
The reverse charging of stored energy capacitor will occur in the course of discharging in the pulse power supply system.And the reverse voltage on the stored energy capacitor has no way be released due to unidirectional break over character of power switch,so the stored energy capacitor will be damaged and the efficiency of power will be reduced.The discharging course of the stored energy capacitor was analyzed and the factors effecting reverse voltage were discussed in this paper.In order to release the reverse voltage on the capacitor,the power switch was adjusted from capacitor spur track to load spur track.The results of simulation and experiment show that the load current characteristics are identical between the rectified pulsed forming network( PFN) and the primary PFN.So the rectified PFN meet the requirement of electromagnet launching system,and at the same time the longevity of stored energy capacitor and the efficiency of electromagnet launching system are increased.
