摘要:
为了探索多级超导电感储能的脉冲功率技术,设计两种基于多级超导脉冲变压器的XRAM 结构的脉冲电源模式,并对其协调放电特性进行分析和仿真研究。首先介绍单级的基于超导脉冲变压器和电容器混合储能的脉冲电源电路及其工作原理。然后结合XRAM 电路的结构特点,设计
两种XRAM 结构的脉冲电源模式,分析这两种脉冲电源模式各自的特点,仿真研究其不同的协调放电方式。最后选择负载电流脉冲的幅值、半高宽、矩形面积比和能量传递效率等四个性能为指标,分析两种脉冲电源模式的输出特性。结果表明: 多级超导脉冲变压器可以采用XRAM 电路结构,在多级同步放电的模式下负载电流脉冲在幅值、半高宽和能量传递效率等性能方面要优于非同步放电模式。
Abstract:
To explore the multi-stage superconducting inductive pulsed power technology, two pulsed power supply modes based on multi-stage superconducting pulsed power transformers ( SPPTs) were designed with XRAM method. Firstly,a single-stage pulsed power supply using a SPPT and a capacitor hybrid energy storage system were introduced. Then, two pulsed power supply modes based on two-stage SPPTs were designed with the XRAM method. According to the characteristics of the two modes, the discharging methods
were analyzed and simulations were carried out. Finally, the output characteristics of the two modes were analyzed by four criterions. The four criterions are the value of the amplitude of load current, the duration at half of the peak value, the ratio of load current pulse area and its maximum rectangle area at the current level of half of the peak value,and the ratio of the energy consumed at the same current level and the total energy. The simulation result indicates that the two pulsed power supply modes are feasible. On the whole, the output performance of the synchronous discharging mode for multi-stage SPPTs with XRAM method is better than the asynchronous discharging mode except for the ratio of load current pulse area and its maximum rectangle area.
