摘要:
针对并网风力发电的随机波动,在风电场配置规模化电池储能系统,采用结构简单且控制性能良好的永磁同步风电机组,构建风储联合并网发电系统模型并实现其运行控制。基于最大功率捕获和有功无功解耦控制设计风力发电机组的控制系统,釆用定周期比控制策略和反馈线性化
理论实现电池储能系统的功率传输控制。在PSCAD/EMTDC 仿真软件中搭建了风储联合发电系统仿真模型,结果表明,釆用定周期比控制策略和反馈线性化理论设计电池储能单元可以快速跟踪参考控制指令,实现对风电功率波动的平抑,进而验证了所提出风储联合并网发电系统模型和控制系统的有效性。
Abstract:
?Because of volatility characteristics of wind power, the battery energy storage system is deployed in wind farms. And the permanent magnet synchronous generator was adopted due to its simple structure and reliable performance. Then a Wind-ES integrated generation model was established to control the operation of system. The control system of wind turbines was designed based on the maximum power tracking and active-reactive power decoupled control. The fixed period ratio control strategy and the feedback linearization theory was adopted to control the power transmission of battery energy storage system. A simulation model of Wind-ES integrated generation system was built by using the electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the battery units based on the fixed period ratio control strategy and the feedback linearization theory quickly track the reference control instruction, and smooth the fluctuations of wind power. It proves effectiveness of the proposed Wind-ES integratedgeneration model and control system.
