 摘要:当进行感应电机转子断条故障诊断时,定子电流中(1±2S) f0故障特征频率容易被基波频
率淹没,采用故障特征频率进行转子故障诊断难以达到满意效果。为解决故障特征频率被淹没的
问题,提出一种基于改进二阶广义积分器锁相环技术的基波消去故障诊断方法。首先构建以改进
二阶广义积分器为核心的单相锁相环,自适应捕捉定子电流基波频率和幅值,然后重构定子电流基
波成份,并分离出故障特征电流,最后对故障特征电流进行频谱分析,凸显故障特征频率。该方法
能在电网电压频率波动情况下自适应捕捉定子电流基波成份,具有较好的抗干扰能力;而且不需要
采集电压信号,节约硬件开销。实验结果表明:该方法能对转子故障进行有效诊断。
Abstract:
 Abstract:In the case of induction motor broken rotor bar fault diagnosis,the conventional method based
on stator current can’t achieve satisfactory results because the(1±2S) fo fault feature frequency is easily
flooded by the fundamental frequency. In view of this situation,a novel fault diagnosis method based on
improved second order generalized integrator phase locked loop(SOGI-PLL)technology was proposed.
Firstly,single phase locked loop with improved second-order generalized integrator as the core was crea-
ted to catch stator current fundamental frequency and amplitude adaptively,and then the fundamental
components of stator current was reconstructed with then,and the fault current was separated. At last,
fault current diagnosis analysis was carried out by spectrum analysis technology to highlight the fault char-
acteristic frequency. The method can catch stator current fundamental component adaptive under the grid
voltage frequency fluctuations,has the good anti-interference ability,and has the advantage of saving the
hardware cost for not voltage signal. The experimental results show that this method can diagnose the rotor
fault effectively.
