摘要:
 摘要:针对转子绕组匝间短路故障产生的不平衡磁拉力进行了分析,同时采用解析和数值两种方
法计算了不平衡磁拉力,分析了不平衡磁拉力与发电机运行状态间的关系。对比分析表明:无论空
载还是负载条件下解析方法计算的磁拉力都具有较大的偏差,数值计算方法考虑了饱和、磁场扭
抖、高次谐波以及结构等因素的影响,计算结果更准确、可靠。在发电机发出有功功率保持恒定时,
不平衡磁拉力不总是随着励磁电流的增加而增大,故利用励磁电流增大造成的转子振幅增大判断
转子绕组匝间短路故障的方法只能在一定范围内有效,相对而言,空载升励磁实验更适合转子绕组
匝间短路故障的快速诊断。
Abstract:
 Abstract:Unbalanced magnetic pull by rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit fault was analyzed,both
analytic and numerical methods were adopted to calculate the unbalanced magnetic pull,and the relation-
ships between unbalanced magnetic pull and generator running status were analyzed. Comparison shows
that:whether generator runs on load or not,the unbalanced magnetic pull by analytic method has a large
deviation,as saturation,field skew,high-order harmonics and structural factors were considered in nu-
merical method,and the results are more accurate and reliable. When the active power remains un-
changed,the unbalanced magnetic pull does not always increase with the excitation current,so the rotor
vibration discriminant method for rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit based on excitation current ad-
justment is valid within a certain range. Relatively speaking,the no-load test is more suitable for the rap-
id diagnosis of the rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit fault.
