 摘要:针对换流变压器绝缘结构中直流电场分布不均的问题,通过纳米掺杂手段制备出碳化硅(SiC)改性绝缘纸板,研究了不同纳米掺杂比例对改性绝缘纸板介电参数的影响,以及改性绝缘纸板介电参数随电场强度的变化规律,并通过仿真手段验证了改性绝缘纸板对油纸绝缘电场分布的均化作用。试验结果表明:纳米掺杂可改变绝缘纸板的电导率,但对其相对介电常数影响不大,随纳米碳化硅掺杂比例的提高,改性绝缘纸板的电导率呈指数增加;在较低纳米掺杂比例下,电场强度对改性纸板电导率的影响较小,而随着纳米掺杂比例的提高,其电导率随电场强度的增大呈指数增加,表现出明显的非线性特性。仿真结果表明:利用改性纸板的非线性变化特性,可很好地均化直流电压作用下油纸绝缘的电场分布。
Abstract:
 Abstract:To solve the problem of non-uniform electric field distribution in converter transformer oil-pa-per insulation structure under DC voltage,the SiC modified pressboard was developed by nano doping method. The influence of different nano doping ratio on dielectric parameters of modified pressboard was studied,and the change rules between the modified pressboard dielectric parameters and applied DC electric field was researched. The homogenizing effect of the modified pressboard on electric field distribution in oil一paper insulation structure was verified by simulation method. The experimental results show that the conductivity of insulation pressboard can be changed by doping nano SiC, but it has little influence on the relative permittivity,and the conductivity of modified pressboard increases exponentially with the increasing nano SiC doping ratio. The conductivity does not increase obviously with enhancement of electric field strength at low nano doping ratio,however, it increases exponentially with enhancement of electric field strength at higher nano doping ratio,which shows good nonlinear characteristics. The simulation result shows that the electric field distribution in oil-paper insulation is well homogenized by using the nonlinear characteristics of nano-modified pressboard.
