 摘要:以某大型空冷汽轮发电机转子为例,建立了包括护环在内的半转子风路最长的线圈整槽三维物理模型,基于计算流体动力学原理,采用有限体积法,在相同的计算条件、网格划分前提下,研究了3种不同的湍流两方程模型—Standard k一ε。模型、Realizable kε。模型和RNG kε。模型对

转子三维流场和温度场的影响。结果表明:采用不同湍流模型对转子温度分布及峰值位置计算结果影响显著,RNG kε。模型计算的温度结果偏高,Standard kε。模型计算的温度结果偏低,Realiz-able kε。模型计算出的温度结果更接近实际情况。结论可为大型空冷汽轮发电机转子数值模拟

提供理论参考。

Abstract:
 Abstract:The whole three-dimensional physical model of single coil of the longest ventilation duct of half
a rotor was establised when protective ring and a large air-cooled turbine generator rotor was taken as an
example. Finite volume method was used to study three models of different turbulent two equation

model,Realizable k-smodel,RNG k-

ε

model— impacting on three dimensional flow field
and temperature field of the rotor,according to the computational fluid dynamics method with the same
rated conditions and meshing. The results show that,the results of rotor temperature distribution and
peak position are significantly affected by using different turbulent model— temperature calculated with
RNG k-

ε

model is higher,temperature calculated with Standard k-smodel is lower, temperature calculat-
ed with Realizable k-s model is close to reality. The total air volume of the rotor is not significantly affect-
ed with different models,while the influence on the flow distribution in the air duct is greater. The con-
clusion provides theoretical references for numerical simulation of lame air-cooled turbo generator rotor.
