摘要:
 针对电动汽车驱动系统对永磁电机恒功率调速范围的较高要求,研究了内置V 型磁路结
构参数对永磁电机弱磁调速能力的影响。采用有限元仿真的方法分析相邻磁极间距和磁极中心植
入深度与直轴电感、交轴电感、凸极率、气隙磁密和永磁磁链之间的关系,并由此得到永磁转矩和磁
阻转矩的变化规律。结合电机控制器最大逆变电压和输出电流,总结出永磁电机反电势和转子结
构参数与弱磁调速范围的关系。样机实验结果表明,通过调整转子磁路结构进而优化电机反电势
和凸极率的方法能够有效拓宽永磁电机弱磁调速范围。电动汽车用永磁电机应适当增加转子相邻
磁极间距并降低永磁体埋置深度,降低电机反电势的同时增加磁阻转矩,提高恒功率调速阶段带载
能力。
Abstract:
 Since electric vehicle drive system has high requirements for range of constant power speed regulation,
the influence of built-in V type magnetic circuit structure parameters of permanent magnet motor
on speed adjusting ability with field weakening was studied. Based on finite element simulation,relationship
between adjacent poles spacing,buried depth of pole center and the d-q axial inductances,salient
rate,flux density of the air gap,PM flux linkage was analyzed. As a result,the change rule of permanent
magnet torque and reluctance torque variation law was acquired. By combining the biggest inverter voltage
and current of the motor controller,the relationship between the back emf,structural parameters of the
permanent magnet motor and speed adjusting range with field weakening was summed up. Prototype experiments
results demonstrate that one method can broaden speed adjusting range with field weakening of
permanent magnet motor effectively,which is adjusting the rotor magnetic circuit structure to optimize the
back emf and salient rate. From the viewpoint of motor design,permanent magnet motor for electric vehicle
is advised to increase adjacent poles spacing properly while reducing the buried depth of pole center
on the contrary. In order to improve load capacity in the range of constant power speed regulation,the
back emf is required to be lowered with increasing the magnetic resistance torque
