摘要:
 针对永磁接触器线圈通入正反向励磁电流时永磁体内磁通分布不均匀,永磁体内部工作点
不同的问题,提出按永磁体磁路截面磁通密度不同,沿充磁方向对永磁体进行分块等效的方法。以
一单线圈单稳态永磁接触器为例,通过仿真分析在不同励磁电流情况下其磁通的分布,建立该接触
器的等效磁路模型。将求解获得的动铁心在不同工作条件下的吸力计算值与实测值进行比较,结
果表明吸力计算误差在10%以内,验证了所提出的永磁体分块建立等效磁路模型方法的正确性和
有效性。
Abstract:
 Since the magnetic flux in the PM is unevenly distributed and the internal working point of PM
is different when providing forward and backward exciting currents to the coil of PM contactor,an equivalent
method was proposed that partitioning the PM along the magnetization direction based on different
magnetic flux density of the cross section of magnetic circuit of the PM. A monostable PM contactor with
single coil was used as an example. Its magnetic flux density under different exciting current conditions
was analyzed by building an equivalent magnetic circuit model of the contactor. Comparing the calculated
value with measured value of attractive force of movable core under different working circumstances,the
result demonstrates that the calculation error of the calculated value of attractive force is less than 10%,
which shows the correctness and validity of the method of building an equivalent magnetic circuit model
by partitioning the PM.
