摘要:
 针对多相电机驱动系统中常见的定子绕组开路故障,提出一种有效的容错电流控制策略。
从矢量空间解耦的角度,推导出缺相故障状态下的坐标变换矩阵,建立了五相永磁同步电机
( PMSM) 在发生一相绕组开路故障时的解耦数学模型。根据同步旋转坐标系下的定子铜耗方程,
通过对Z1 - Z2 子空间的电流设置不同的约束条件,得到相应的矢量控制方法。实验结果表明,该
方法可以减小定子绕组开路故障引起的转矩脉动,使五相PMSM 在故障状态下的运行性能得到明
显改善,有效提高调速系统的可靠性能。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the open-circuit fault in stator windings for multi-phase motor drive system,this paper
proposes an effective fault-tolerant current control strategy. From the perspective of vector space decomposition,
the coordinate transformation matrixes under fault conditions were determined and the decomposition
mathematical models of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) with onephase
winding open were set up. According to the stator copper loss equation at synchronously rotating
coordinate system,the vector control methods could be realized by setting the current references in Z1 -
Z2 subspace with different constraints. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy
can reduce the torque ripple caused by the open-circuit fault in stator windings,improve the running performance
of five-phase PMSM under fault condition,and enhance the reliability of the governing system.
