摘要:
 为解决永磁发电机磁场调节困难和电励磁爪极发电机因存在电刷—滑环结构而导致的工
作可靠性低的问题,提出了一种混合励磁无刷爪极发电机,由永磁体和励磁绕组共同产生气隙磁
场,励磁绕组通过励磁支架固定在端盖,取消了电刷—滑环结构,且可以方便地通过调节励磁电流
进行气隙磁场的调节。采用三维有限元法对电机的空载磁场分布及磁场调节能力进行了分析,确
定了永磁体的合理尺寸。分析结果表明: 采用新型混合励磁结构后,气隙平均磁密得到了较大提
高,从而增大了电机的功率密度,改善了电机的低速发电性能; 同时用较小的励磁电流即可产生较
大的气隙磁密,降低了电机的励磁损耗。
Abstract:
 To overcome the problems of magnetic field regulation in permanent magnet alternators and reliability
of brush-ring structure in ordinary claw-pole alternators,a hybrid excitation claw-pole alternators
( HEBCA) is proposed in this paper. The magnetic field was produced by permanent magnets and excitation
winding. Excitation winding was fixed on the bracket,and the bracket was fixed to the end cover.
Thus the brush-ring structure was eliminated. The magnetic field can be regulated easily by changing the
current in excitation winding. The machine topology and operation principle were described. The no-load
magnetic field distributions and the capability of flux control were obtained based on three dimensional finite
element analysis ( 3-D FEA) . It shows that HEBCA has higher power density and air gap flux density
in comparison with electrically-excited claw-pole alternator. It also has low-speed characteristics and
low excitation loss. And to produce the same magnetic field,the required excitation current is less than
that of electrically-excited claw-pole alternator.
