摘要:
为了提高配电网静止同步补偿器( distribution static synchronous compensator,D - STATCOM)
无功稳压控制系统的抗干扰能力和动态性能,提出一种基于简化情感的D - STATCOM 无功
稳压控制器设计方法,该控制器省去情感模型的眶额皮质,并隐藏奖励信号,减少情感控制器参数,
结构简单,计算能力强。对控制器结构进行分析表明,它是一种具有变结构特性的PI 控制器,参数
具有自学习能力。仿真和实验结果表明,情感控制器相比于传统的PI 控制器,在公共耦合点电压
跌落时表现出来的适应性和稳定鲁棒性更强,验证了该控制器的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:
In order to improve the anti-jamming capability and dynamic performance of distribution static
synchronous compensator ( D-STATCOM) control system which generates reactive power to stabilize voltage,
a simplified emotional controller which omits the orbit-frontal cortex of emotional model and hides
the reward signal was proposed. This new controller reduced parameters of emotional controller,and has
not only a simple structure but also strong computing ability. It is also a PI controller which has the variable
structure characteristics and its parameters have the self-learning ability. Simulation and experiment
results show that the emotional controller,compared with traditional PI controller,has stronger adaptability
and stability robustness when the voltage of point of common coupling appears sag. All these verify the
feasibility and validity of the proposed controller.
