摘要:
为了研究助力特性对汽车的操纵稳定性和转向路感的影响,建立电动助力转向(EPS)系统动力学模型和汽车三自由度转向模型,设计转向盘力矩函数和车速感应函数,确定曲线型助力特性曲线的参数和形式。基于某微型轿车设计实车试验系统,进行原地转向试验、双纽线试验和蛇形试验。试验结果表明:曲线型助力特性可以在转向轻便性和路感之间达到一个较理想的平衡点;原地转向试验的转向轻便性峰值和标准差分别提高48.11%和49.65%,双纽线试验的转向轻便性峰值和标准差分别提高60.03%和57.84%,蛇形试验的转向轻便性峰值和标准差分别提高41.94%和41.36%;EPS控制有效提高了汽车的转向轻便性,降低了驾驶员的疲劳强度。
Abstract:
In order to research the effect of assist characteristic on automotive handling stability and road feeling,the electric power steering(EPS) system dynamics and 3-degree of freedom(DOF) automotive steering model are established.The steering wheel torque function and speed sensing function were designed,and the form and the parameters of curved assist characteristic were determined.Real vehicle test setup was designed based on a mini-car and the tests in situ,lemniscat and snake condition were car...
