摘要:
针对齿槽转矩会使电机在运行过程中产生转矩振荡和噪声,影响电机的性能指标的问题,对比抑制齿槽转矩的几种方法,指出极宽调制方法在削弱齿槽转矩方面的可行性。通过有限元建模,分别计算传统表面式和极宽调制式两种转子结构永磁电机的齿槽转矩;设计构建一个由角度传感器、永磁电机、扭矩扳手等器件组成的齿槽转矩测试系统,对两种不同结构样机的齿槽转矩进行实验。实验结果与仿真结果具有一致性,对齿槽转矩的削弱幅度均在30%以上,说明极宽调制方法可以削弱永磁电机齿槽转矩,是削弱齿槽转矩的新方法。
Abstract:
Cogging torque may cause torque oscillation and noise while motors running,which affects their performance indexes.Aiming at this problem and comparing with several common cogging torque reducing methods,the feasibility of reducing cogging torque with pole width modulation method was pointed out.The cogging torques of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor and pole width modulation permanent magnet motor were calculated separately by the model built with finite element method(FEM).The cogging to...
