摘要:
针对中大功率高速永磁同步电机,提出一种将状态观测器与假定旋转坐标相结合的无传感器控制策略。该策略无需对转子d轴的位置进行估计同样能够实现磁场定向,达到最大转矩电流比的控制效果。对此控制策略进行理论分析,设计基于该策略的无传感器控制系统。借助Matlab/SIMULINK工具对此控制系统进行了仿真研究,得到了与理论分析一致的仿真波形。为进一步检验控制策略的可行性,在额定功率为75kW的磁悬浮高速永磁同步电机上于27 000 r/min的高转速下进行了验证实验。实验结果表明,在该转速下,所提出的控制策略能够很好的实现最大转矩电流比的控制效果。
Abstract:
For high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a sensorless control strategy based on the integration of state observer and hypothetical reference frame is presented.This control strategy could accomplish field orientation without estimating rotor position and achieve the maximum ratio of torque to current.After theoretical analysis of this new strategy,the control system was established and then simulated using Matlab/SIMULINK,and the emulational waves turned out to be consistent with ...
