摘要:
针对组合双向正激直流变换器型和直流斩波器型高频环节逆变器电路结构的不同,首次对这两种高频环节逆变器的控制策略、原理特性、关键电路参数设计准则等进行比较研究。采用理论推导方法,获得两种逆变器占空比、输出电压波形质量、高频变压器匝比与损耗、功率开关电压与电流应力等关键参数的对比关系。研究与实验结果表明,组合双向正激直流斩波器型高频环节逆变器电路具有更优良的综合性能,即属于单级功率变换且不存在环流,变压器匝比N2/N1由42/3降为39/3,输出电压精确度由±2V提高为±1V。组合双向正激式高频环节逆变器,在要求高频电气隔离、高功率密度、高变换器效率的逆变场合具有良好的应用前景。
Abstract:
For the different circuit topologies of combined bi-directional forward converter mode and forward chopper mode inverters with high frequency(HF) link,control strategies,theory characteristics and design criteria for those key circuit parameters of these two inverters were compared and researched in this paper.Taking the theoretical derivation method,a series of important relativities of the quality of output voltage waveform,turn ratio and power losses of HF transformer,input filter,voltage and...
