摘要:
针对异步电机驱动的传统螺杆泵采油效率较低的问题,设计了直驱式螺杆泵永磁低速伺服系统。由于速度较低,温升问题是这类电机的关键研究问题之一,为了更好地分析该永磁交流伺服电机的温度场分布情况,应用三维有限元法进行计算。同时根据电机的轴向对称结构采用简化模型,缩小了求解区域范围,减少了三维场分析的计算量。最后对样机进行了负载情况下的实验测试,计算结果与实测结果是一致的,说明该模型能够满足对该类永磁低速力矩电机暂态温度场仿真计算的要求。该研究成果对这类电机在不同转速时采用何种冷却方式具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
For low efficiency of traditional screw pump driven by asynchronous motor,permanent magnet low speed servo system used in Direct-driving Screw Pump was designed.Due to lower speed,temperature rise is the key problems of this type motor.In order to better analyze temperature field distribution of the permanent magnet AC servo motor,3D finite element method was used to calculate it.According to the axial symmetry structure,the simplified model of the motor was adopted to reduce the solution region,and decreas...
