摘要:
针对输出级为稀疏三电平结构的双级矩阵变换器这一新型拓扑的中点电压偏移问题,提出了通过调节冗余小矢量的相对作用时间、分段平衡中点电压的控制方法。该方法结合了对称七段式及九段式空间矢量调制技术的优点使得中点电压在任意时刻均无不平衡区域,从而使中点电压偏移问题得到了明显的改善。仿真结果验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。
Abstract:
Aiming at the neutral-point potential balancing problem in a new topology,i.e.the indirect three-level sparse matrix converter,a novel neutral-point potential segmentation control strategy adjusting the relative duty cycle of the redundant small vectors is proposed to decrease the neutral-point potential shifting of the new topology.The novel strategy combining the symmetrical 7-segment mode and the symmetrical 9-segment mode space vector PWM technology can avoid the non balancing of the neutral-point poten...
