摘要:
提出全桥三电平高频链电流谐振型DC/AC逆变器电路拓扑,利用电流串联谐振技术来实现所有开关管的零电流开关状态,且DC/AC/AC变换结构没有储能母线。给出电路拓扑结构并详细分析了谐振过程,波形最优控制方案每个象限内都采用5个谐振状态,效率最优控制方案每个象限只选择3个谐振状态来参与工作。针对全桥三电平电流隔离型DC/AC逆变器开关管比较多,逻辑合成比较复杂的状况,给出了利用卡诺图来得到开关管驱动信号逻辑合成的方法。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
Abstract:
A novel three level inverter topology to realize sine-wave inversion is presented in this paper,and the main idea is to use series resonant technology to afford zero-current switching(ZCS) state of the overall power switches.The working principles are analyzed and the basic control thought is given.All the five resonant states are used in waveform optimum control scheme,and only three of them are used in efficiency optimum control scheme in this paper.Aiming at logic synthesize is complex just because so ma...
