摘要:
提出了一种基于PSoC(可编程片上系统)的行波超声电机(TRUM)驱动器。电路包括幅值可调的DC/DC推挽升压电路和频率可调的DC/AC半桥逆变电路。升压电路将15V直流电提升到250~400V高压,并通过电压反馈稳定该电压。半桥电路将该高压输出两路相位相差90°的方波电压,用于直接驱动超声电机。通过检测电机孤极电压并调节电机驱动频率来稳定该电压,从而稳定电机转速。所有的控制功能都由一片PSoC芯片实现。通过对一直径45mm的超声电机进行试验,证明了电机的驱动电压幅值和频率是可以独立调节的,为超声电机的控制提供了一个很好的方法。
Abstract:
A novel driver for the traveling-wave ultrasonic motor (TRUM) based on PSoC is proposed.The driver is mainly composed of two parts:the first part is a push-pull DC/DC converter which enhances 15 V DC voltage to a high voltage of 250-400 V and can be adjusted and stabilized according to the status of the motor;the second is a half bridge DC/AC inverter composed by two bridge arms,its DC input is the output of the first part,and the outputs are two phases of high voltage square wave with 90 degree difference....
