摘要:
异步电机可使用极相调制的变极策略扩展转速/转矩范围,极相调制可以采用传统的电机绕组也可采用环形绕组。本文提出了一种异步电机极相调制绕组的设计方法,基于这种方法分别设计了极相调制的传统绕组及环形绕组样机。有限元计算结果验证了提出的变极绕组设计规律以及极相调制绕组变极的可行性。比较了传统电机、环形绕组单转子电机及环形绕组双转子电机在同一极数下的运行性能,双转子电机更适合环形绕组,它充分利用了环形绕组的两边,内外转子均输出转矩,提高了效率;但是,传统绕组电机则具有更好的性价比,更有应用前景。
Abstract:
Pole-phase modulation is a suitable solution to extend the speed/torque capabilities of induction machines.It can be implemented in induction machines with conventional winding structure,also with toroidally structure,but they will present different performances.In this paper,a general winding design rule for pole-phase modulation of induction machines is proposed.Based on this rule,the conventional winding machine and the toroidal winding machine are designed.FEM analysis-based results verify the design ru...
