摘要:
提出一种改进型两相交错并联Boost变换器。与传统的两相交错并联Boost变换器相比,该电路比传统的两相交错并联Boost变换器多了一个开关电容,保持了传统两相交错并联Boost变换器结构简单的优点。由于开关电容的存在,改进型拓扑不仅提高了电压增益,同时还降低了开关器件的电压应力,有利于电路选择低耐压、高性能的开关器件,从而降低电路的损耗。开关电容的充放电平衡,使得电路工作在占空比0.5≤D<1时无需采取任何均流措施就可以自动均衡各相的电感电流。分析占空比0
Abstract:
An improved two phase interleaved Boost converter was proposed in this paper.Compared with the traditional two phase interleaved Boost converter,a switched capacitor was added to the improved converter,the structure of the new converter was very simple.The switched capacitor was not only used to increase the voltage gain,but also reduced the voltage stress of the switches,so it was very useful to select switches of low voltage and high level to reduce the losses of the circuit.Moreover,it could be au-tomati...
