摘要:
为了研究提升系统的分段式永磁直线同步电动机(PMLSM)的运行特性,首先建立了其稳态有限元分析模型,分析了不同动子位置时电机的磁场分布,计算了不同动子位置、不同电枢电流时电机的静态力—位移—电流特性,得到电磁参数随动子位移及电枢电流的变化曲线;然后建立了分段式PMLSM的时步有限元分析模型,对分段绕组两两并联供电方式下,起动过程的动态特性进行了计算,得到动态过程中电枢电流、感应电动势、电磁力、动子运行速度、位移等物理量随时间变化过程。经实验测试验证了分析结果的正确性。
Abstract:
In order to study the characteristics of segmental-primary permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) applied in elevating system,its steady-state model was firstly established by FEM,the magnetic field distribution was analyzed when the mover were in different location,the static characteris-tics are calculated with different location of runner and different armature current,then the curves of elec-tromagnetic parameters varying with the mover location and armature current were obtained.Furthermore,t...
