摘要:
针对大功率多相感应电机变频调速系统中PWM信号通道多和难同步的问题,提出一种基于PWM IP核的多路PWM发生器的设计方法,利用搭积木的方法可方便构建任意路PWM发生器。多路PWM发生器通过采用同一时基和各自独立的控制寄存器,可实现PWM信号的严格同步和不同调制策略。利用FPGA的硬件并行性,实现高性能的三角载波发生器和高可靠性的故障保护。基于FPGA和DSP构建一个多相变频调速系统硬件平台,在一台九相感应电机上完成SPWM调制的变频变压控制。实验结果表明FPGA应用于大功率多相变频调速系统具有通用性、灵活性和高可靠性。
Abstract:
Due to the large number of pulse width modulation(PWM) channels required in high-power multiphase variable speed drives and their synchronization problems,a multi-PWM generator based on PWM IP(Intellectual Property) core using building block approach was proposed.The multi-PWM gen-erator with the same time base and independent control registers realized synchronization of PWM signals and different modulation strategies.Due to the hardware parallelism of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA),the high-performan...
