摘要:
为了解动磁式永磁直线无刷直流电机内气隙磁场的分布,用解析法对电机的气隙磁场进行了数学建模。通过求解拉普拉斯方程,计算了电机内气隙磁场的二维标量磁势,进而得到了电机内气隙磁感应强度的解析式。用建立的解析模型和有限元法分别对定子表面的气隙磁感应强度进行计算,发现两者的计算结果能够很好的吻合,验证了解析模型的正确性。用解析法讨论了占空比、磁极厚度和气隙长度变化对气隙磁感应强度产生的影响,结果表明气隙磁感应强度随永磁体厚度的增加而增大,但会逐渐进入饱和;而气隙磁感应强度也会随着气隙长度的变大而减小。通过对气隙磁场的分析,为相应电机的设计提供了依据。
Abstract:
A mathematical modeling of air-gap magnetic field was established by means of analytic method,to study the air-gap magnetic field distribution inside the moving magnet linear permanent magnet brushless DC motor(LPMBDCM).The two-dimensional scalar magnetic potential of air-gap magnetic field was calculated by solving the Laplace equation,and then the analytical expression of the magnetic induction intensity of the air-gap was obtained.The magnetic induction intensity of the air-gap of the stator surface was ...
