摘要:
为了提高永磁同步电动机的调速性能,提出了基于最大转矩/磁链的定子磁链直接控制的方法,研究了基于空间矢量脉宽调制的永磁同步电动机过调制技术。在控制过程中磁链比较环节的定子磁链给定不再是一个恒定的值,而是根据负载转矩和给定转速来动态调整,从而通过直接控制定子磁链来实现转矩的控制。实验证明基于最转大转矩/磁链定子磁链直接动态控制方式要明显优于传统恒定磁链的直接转矩控制方式,定子磁链的动态控制减少了转矩建立的时间,无需电流控制器,具有减小磁链和转矩脉动的特点;直接磁链控制算法与过调制技术相结合后,在弱磁控制区也实现了快速的动态转矩响应特性。
Abstract:
In order to improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a speed and torque control strategy based on direct flux control is intorduced,and over-modulation techniques based on SVPWM is studied.During the control process,reference stator flux in the compared part is no longer a constant value,but is adjusted dynamically according to load torque and rotor speed,in which flux and torque are controlled through directly controlling the trajectory of stator flux vector.Experimental results proved...
