摘要:
针对有位置传感器控制系统的制造和维护成本高、特殊场合难以安装等问题,在襟翼舵控制系统中引入了无位置传感器控制。构建了以数字信号处理器为运算核心的电流、速度和位置三闭环伺服系统,采用端电压过零检测方法提取转子位置信号,并采用结合了NNI辨识算法的NN-PID算法对位置信号进行处理。仿真和试验结果表明该无位置传感器控制系统可以提高船舶襟翼舵在复杂的、非线性、不确定的海域环境中的高精确度位置控制效果。
Abstract:
According to the facts that the cost is high to produce and maintain position transducer control system,and it is difficult to install it in some special situation,non-position transducer was introduced in flap-rudder control system.A three closed loops of current,speed and position servo system was constructed with digital signal processor(DSP) as calculation core.It extracted the rotor’s position signal by the terminal voltage zero examination method and processed position signal by NN-PID which combined ..
