摘要:
针对有限能量供电的一类航空电驱动系统,研究电机的最小损耗电流控制。根据此类电驱动系统运行速度高的特点,提出一种考虑电机铁损的永磁同步电机(PMSM)Γ型近似等效电路,结合电机状态方程,推导出满足电磁损耗最小的励磁电流表达式,并对PMSM铁损及铜损之间的关系及最小损耗电流控制中的基本电磁约束关系进行分析。针对恶劣环境下,电机参数变化范围大的特点,分析电机等效铁损电阻的变化及对效率优化控制的影响。最后,进行Matlab仿真及dSPACE半物理实验验证。结果表明,在整个运行区间内,与传统的直轴电流等于零控制相比较,最小损耗电流控制能够降低电机电磁损耗,提高电机运行效率。
Abstract:
A loss minimization current control(LMC) is presented for an electric aero-propulsion system with limited power supply.A "Γ" equivalent circuit of permanent magnet synchnonous motors(PMSM),taking the core losses into account and its state equations are proposed.The optimal magnetizing current,which decreases the electric magnetic losses and maximizes electric machine efficiency are derived.The relationship between the copper losses and iron losses and the electromagnetic constraints are analyzed in detail.A...
