摘要:
变流设备级联运行时,模块彼此之间的阻抗一定要匹配,阻抗不匹配往往是造成级联系统性能下降的主要原因。通过调节控制对象输出阻抗特性,可以降低对调节器的设计要求,改善逆变器的波形控制特性。以三相逆变器级联三相二极管不控整流器系统为例,从前级系统输出阻抗特性的角度分析了重复控制器改善级联性能的原理,并通过阻抗的调节降低对重复控制滤波器的截止频率要求,提高其跟踪性能。仿真和实验结果表明,这种基于输出阻抗调节的三相重复控制逆变器在级联不控整流器时输出电压波形畸变小,对整流性负载扰动有很强的抑制作用,同时还减轻了重复控制器的调节负担和设计难度。此方案在一台采用TMS320LF2407A控制的三相逆变器上得到了验证。
Abstract:
When converters cascade with each other,impedance of each converter must be matched.Cascade system performance drops are often caused by interaction of impedance.Design requirements of the regulator could be reduced and the performance of the inverter could be improved by regulating the output impedance of the controlled object.Take the three-phase inverter cascading three-phase diode rectifier as the example,analysis was put on the principle of improvement of cascade system performance by repetitive controller from the point of former level system’s output impedance characteristic,at the same time the repetitive controller’s filter cut-off frequency could be raised by output impedance regulation,so the performance of repetitive control system was improved.Simulation and experiment results indicated the distortion of the output voltage of this kind of repetitive controlled inverter cascaded with the rectifier system is very small,at the same time the burden of controller and the difficulty of system design are lightened.This scheme is proved on a three-phase inverter controlled by TMS320LF2407A.
