摘要:
针对并联型APF中逆变器存在的死区问题,从基波域和谐波域两方面开展定量分析,运用死区效应的影响指数,对不同死区时间及开关频率等条件下的死区效应进行仿真估计。通过分析逆变器上下桥臂的换流与输出电流流向的关系,结合并联型APF补偿输出为基波和谐波叠加的特点,提出在输出电流过零点附近设置正负对等的判断区间,仅在区间内的输出电流换向阶段加入死区,其他时间通过判断电流方向以封锁相应桥臂触发脉冲的死区处理方法,使得由于死区导致的误差脉冲仅存在于电流过零点附近,降低了死区效应的影响。仿真和实验表明,该方法适用于同时进行谐波和无功补偿的并联型APF。
Abstract:
Dead-time exists in the shunt active power filter(APF).By using the influence parameter of dead-time effect,this paper carried on the quantitative simulation analysis of dead-time in fundamental component and harmonic domain.In it the dead-time and switching frequency were looked as the important factor.Based on the analysis of the relations between bridge current commutation and output current flow direction,a method of dead-time compensation was presented for the non-sinusoidal output of APF.By setting a judgment interval nearby the output current zero crossing point,dead-time just exists in the period of current commutation and in other time special IGBT trigger pulse was blocked by the determination of current direction.That meant the error pulse caused by dead-time only existsed in the area of current zero crossing point and the influence of dead-time was reduced effectively.Simulation and experiment show the method is suitable for shunt APF which output is non-sinusoidal current.
