摘要:
为了研究集中非叠绕组永磁同步电机绕组因数对电势谐波的削弱作用,给出了集中非叠绕组的元件连接方式,推导了集中非叠绕组的齿/极配合关系,并在此基础上讨论了集中非叠绕组的节距类型,分析了节距因数和分布因数对电势谐波的影响。分析结果表明:集中非叠绕组的节距因数只能消除电势相数次或相数的倍数次谐波,当每极每相槽数的最简分式分子为1时,分布因数对电势谐波没有削弱作用。为消除电势中特定次谐波,进一步提出了利用槽口因数来消除特定次电势谐波的方法。实例分析和样机研究验证了本文分析的正确性和所提方法的可行性。
Abstract:
Distributed windings have been extensively equipped in permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM) because of their inherent sinusoidal electromotive force(EMF) waveform.Recent work by the authors shows the differences of winding factors between non-overlapping concentrated windings and its distributed windings counterpart.The winding factors of non-overlapping concentrated windings reduced only part of EMF waveform harmonics.Later suggestion was that with careful design of slot width the EMF waveform of non-overlapping windings could also be sinusoidal.FEA models and experiment validate the analysis results at last.
