摘要:
针对永磁无刷电机霍尔位置传感器故障问题,提出霍尔位置传感器( 单霍尔和双霍尔) 故障容错控制方法。任意霍尔信号跳变沿时刻,根据具体霍尔跳变沿类型和当前霍尔状态判别霍尔故障类型; 分析永磁无刷电机的机械运动方程,提出3 种改进型霍尔传感器故障补偿策略: 线性外
差法霍尔故障补偿、一阶泰勒算法故障补偿( first-order algorithm) 、基于降阶观测器的霍尔故障补偿。将霍尔传感器容错控制策略在方波和正弦波电流控制的永磁无刷电机实验平台上进行测试,验证不同霍尔传感器容错控制策略的性能。实验证明,基于降阶观测器的霍尔传感器容错技术较另外两种方法具有更好的容错性能。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the fault of Hall sensors in brushless permanent magnet ( BLPM) motor,several fault-tolerant control schemes for BLPM motor drives are proposed. In particular,the rising or falling edges of Hall signal transitions arrival,Hall sensors fault types were classified according to the specific type of Hall signal transitions and the current state of Hall signal. Based on the analysis of the mechanical motion equation of BLPM motor,three kinds of improved fault-tolerant strategies were proposed,including the Linear extrapolation algorithm,the First-Order algorithm,and reduced-order observer. The fault tolerant strategy was tested on a BLPM motor feeding by square wave and sine wave current to verify the performance of different fault tolerant strategies. Experimental results show that the performance of fault-tolerant of the reduced order observer is better than the other two methods.
