摘要:
 由于两自由度直驱感应电机的特殊电机结构,其旋转部分和直线部分会通过磁场的耦合影响电机整体的性能,主要表现在转矩波动、速度降低、损耗增加等。文章通过三维有限元法对两自由度直驱感应电机旋转部分对直线部分的耦合效应进行分析。在恒压频比的条件下,建立两自由度直驱感应电机的三维有限元模型,对感应电压、感应电流、电磁推力和动子损耗进行分析。结果表明,两自由度直驱感应电机旋转部分通电后产生的旋转磁场与直线部分交链,在直线部分的绕组中会产生三相不对称的感应电压和感应电流,作用于电机动子,造成电机推力波动和动子损耗的增加,为两自由度直驱感应电机进一步的优化和控制系统研究提供重要的参考价值。
Abstract:
 Due to its special structure, the rotary part and the linear part of 2DOFDDIM can influence each other by magnetic field coupling which is reflected by torque ripple,drop-in speed, incremental losses and so on. The 3D finite element method was applied to analyze the coupling effect caused by rotary part on linear part. On the basis of constant voltage frequency ratio, the 3D finite element model was established to analyze and simulate the coupling characteristics. Induced voltages and currents,e lectromagnetic thrust and mover loss were all analyzed. The results show that when the rotary part is powered, the rotating magnetic field links with linear part,a nd then three-phase unsymmetry induced voltages and currents are generated in linear part windings,uhich affects the motor mover,and results in electromagnetic thrust fluctuation and mover loss increasing. It provides much valuable reference for the future optimization and control on 2DOFDDIM.
